Project:
The Herrity and Pennino parking garage had many trouble spots that required much needed repairs. The garage’s concrete was in need of a complete resealing. Cracks and holes abounded on the floors, walls and ceilings, threatening the structural integrity.
Solution:
The experienced KGS concrete restoration crew patched and sealed the structure from floor to ceiling, and replaced and repaired double T precast weld plates and floor drains. KGS also removed all railings, sand blasted and painted them and re-installed them using custom fabricated post pockets.
Result:
Besides receiving a facelift and now looking like a brand new structure, the parking garage is now free from dangerous cracks and holes that would have caused major problems if not repaired quickly. The advanced sealant coating will preserve the concrete and add years to its lifespan.
