Project:
Stafford County School District needed a qualified team of roofing professionals to completely replace the roof on their building. They turned to KGS to get the job done on time and on budget.
Solution:
KGS completely removed the existing roof system on the flat and sloped portions of the building. Veteran roofing technicians installed new tapered insulation and a built up roof system with a solar reflective cap sheet. On the sloped portion, we installed new metal standing seam panels and a new gutter system that was custom fabricated by KGS’s metal crew. Additionally, KGS performed tuck-pointing on the chimneys, installed through wall flashing and performed EIFS repairs.
Result:
The Stafford County School District now has a brand new, custom roof covering their Gari Melcher Complex. With this new roof made from durable materials and a state-of-the-art gutter system, their building will be well protected from the elements.
