The Project
KGS was contracted by Woodmark Real Estate to preserve and protect one of their premiere buildings in downtown Washington, D.C. by replacing all of the building’s sealants.
Our Solution
KGS completely replaced 100% of this building’s sealants, which included metal to glass and precast to precast joints. Our experienced team safely completed the extensive project with minimal disruption to traffic on the busy I Street.
The Result
1444 I Street will be preserved for years to come with advanced waterproofing methods. KGS waterproofing experts conducted thorough tests upon project completion to ensure that the building’s integrity will be protected from the harshest of elements.
