When their building at 555 4th Street required extensive internal concrete repairs and external sealant maintenance, the owners turned to KGS waterproofing and masonry professionals.
Solution:
KGS began by fully replacing the building’s sealants and applying a clear penetrating sealant to the limestone panels. Our concrete restoration team then perform various repairs on the parking garage including extensive shoring, sectioning off the garage to control dust and creating new drive lanes to keep the garage useable during construction. After floor, wall and overhead repairs were completed, we applied urethane based traffic coating to the entire garage.
Result:
The interior and exterior of the building are now protected with advanced sealants, the garage is more structurally intact and the tenants experienced minimal disruption to their workday during construction.
